Ana Santiago

Consultant, trainer and speaker in the areas of image, communication and personal development, author of the book Qual é a sua melhor versão? Practical guide for personal and professional fulfillment and research at the Center for Communication and Society Studies (CECS) at the University of Minho. PhD candidate in Communication Sciences at the University of Minho, has a Masters in Communication Sciences – Specialization in Communication, Citizenship and Education, from the University of Minho, and a Degree in Public Relations, from the Fernando Pessoa University. He began his career in the area of ​​training management in 1998, had two enriching experiences in Marketing and Communication Management and developed several activities in these areas as a freelancer. He taught Public Relations and Communication in higher education, taught more than 6,000 hours of professional training in public, private and third sector entities and conducted conferences and lectures in Portugal and abroad (Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Spain and the United Kingdom). Her passion for communication and her interest in social and humanitarian causes led her to do radio, present numerous events and collaborate in an international volunteering action, in Cape Verde, and in an institution that supports refugees, in the United Kingdom. At Idioteque, she is co-author of the book Empresariato: Casos de Sucesso Empresarial – Branding (2018).
