Maria Alexandra Campos Esteves Faria de Vilar, born in Fão, Esposende. She has a degree in Marketing from Fernando Pessoa University, with postgraduate degrees in Professionalization in Service for teaching (Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Catholic University), in Training Organization and Management (Twofold), and Tourism and Hotel Management (ISCET), in completion phase. A teacher in the hotel sector, she is currently Director of the Restoration Technical Course – Kitchen/Pastry variant and Trainer, at the Amar Terra Verde Professional School (Vila Verde). Between 2003 and 2016, she was Coordinator of the Restoration Technical Course (level 4) and responsible for the Kitchen, Restaurant and Stool at the Esposende Professional School. She began her professional activity at Escola Profissional de Esposende as a marketing teacher. He regularly attends conferences and congresses in the hotel and gastronomy sector. At Idioteque, she is co-author of the book Empresariato: Casos de Sucesso Empresarial – Branding (2018).
