PhD student in Management (UBI), Master and Degree in Management (UTAD). She is a teacher at the Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Felgueiras, of the Polytechnic of Porto, an institution where she has been teaching since 2002, being responsible for the scientific area of ​​Organization and Management, coordinator of the higher professional technical course on Management and Business of SMEs and supervisor of several master’s theses. She began her activity in 2001 as a trainer at several professional training institutions, was a technician/animator at the Barroso Development and Promotion Association – PROBARROSO (2002-2006) and taught at UTAD (2005-2010). She integrates two research centers, is the author of several scientific publications and presents articles relatively regularly at conferences, in the area of ​​knowledge management, innovation, services, networks and internationalization. At Idioteque, she is co-author of the book Empresariato, Casos de Sucesso Empresarial – Internacionalização (2016).
